A happy couple for more then 25 years
I guess you can call us a mixed couple. From two different cultures on opposite sides of the world. Fred from a small rural town in the Netherlands, Western Europe and Jing from a world city – Manila – in the Philippines, Asia.
But we have one vision: winning, building and sending people, helping them to find and grow in their relationship with God.
Both of us have 30+ years of involvement with different ministries within Campus Crusade for Christ, first in the Philippines and in the Netherlands, many of those with the Jesusfilm.
In the end of the nineties, Fred has travelled several times to Siberia to help build the christians there by teaching in a kind of bibleschool.
Recently, Nov. 2010, Fred has taken on a new challenge besides the communication. He is now working for GAiN – the humanitarian aid agency of Agapè/CCC. He is projectleader for Water for Life which means promotion and fundraising for this exciting ministry where we provide clean and healthy water for tens of thousands of needy people in Afrika. Large scale deep-well drilling in different countries – like Benin, Togo and Tanzania.
Jing is strongly involved in the development of prayer, within CCC and in our church.
Together we’re also active in the training of new staff, both in the Netherlands and other places in Europe.
As staff of Campus Crusade for Christ we ourselves are responsible to find people that want to partner with us in this ministry. That is possible by praying for us and for our ministry, by letting us know that you care and last but not least… By supporting us financially.
